The aggregate distribution box features a swing-arm distribution tooth structure with a forced discharge claw mechanism. This completely resolves discharge difficulties for thin-walled products (wall thickness < 20mm), enabling fast and uniform material distribution.
Power: Driven by two 4KW, 8-pole motors for optimal swing amplitude and frequency.
4. Efficient Dual Crank Arm Push-Pull Mechanism:
A dual crank arm push-pull structure guarantees perfect synchronization during the box's forward and backward movement. This design ensures short cycle times and high operational efficiency.

Vibration System
1. High-Performance Six-Axis Vibration Box:
Equipped with a six-axis vibration box delivering an exciting force of 205 kN, with a powerful amplitude of 2 mm and vibration acceleration of 15 g. This ensures rapid material formation within approximately 2 seconds, promotes complete cement liquefaction, and under standard weight ratio conditions, enhances product strength by one grade.

Features 12 externally mounted eccentric blocks for simple and convenient maintenance.
3. Optimized Air Pressure Balance:
Includes a specially designed air pressure balance vent in the vibration box to ensure stable performance.
4. Energy-Efficient Servo Drive System:
Powered by 4 Inovance 12 kW servo motors, ensuring excellent shaft synchronization, fast vibration startup, high frequency, and rapid molding speed-significantly reducing working time. The motors operate at high speed during vibration and switch to low-speed standby when idle, reducing energy consumption by 10-20%.
5. Dynamic + Static Platform Structure:
Utilizes a combined dynamic and static table design to maintain consistent pallet flatness during lower mold pressure application. This prevents uneven block height caused by varying compression ratios of damping blocks.
Molds
The main body is made of wear-resistant steel, offering excellent wear resistance and minimal deformation.
Depending on the brick type, the lower mold is manufactured either through integral wire cutting or precision machining followed by assembly welding. The lower template and upper mold pressing foot undergo carburizing after heat treatment, with a carburizing layer depth ≥ 1.2 mm.
The upper mold pressing foot is processed using machining centers or CNC milling machines, ensuring high precision and accurate dimensions.
The clearance fit between the upper mold pressing foot and the lower mold cavity is minimal, with a peripheral gap ≤ 0.5 mm.
The mold exhibits high overall strength and superior wear resistance, guaranteeing a service life of ≥ 100,000 cycles.
Customized options such as heating devices can be added based on requirements to accommodate various special brick types.
Hydraulic System
Equipped with a 55 kW servo motor for hydraulic drive, ensuring precise control and high energy efficiency.
Features a dual-pump output and an optimized hydraulic system design, enabling synchronized execution of two or more actions (where non-conflicting) instead of sequential operations, significantly improving.
All hydraulic valves and pumps utilize imported brands for guaranteed reliability. The oil pump (160-75L) is from American Albert, and hydraulic valves are from Vitos.
