Concrete Pipe Production Process
Prefabricate reinforcement cage
Clean mold & apply release oil
Hoist cage into mold (5-10t crane) & secure mold
Mount mold to rotary rolling machine & start rotation
JS500/JS750 mixer blends materials → auto belt conveyor feeds to rotating mold (high-speed compaction via main shaft)
Stop machine after full filling → hoist mold-pipe assembly to storage (5-10t crane)
Demold after 3h setting → 5-7 days water curing

Socket Joint

Adopts rubber ring sealing for water stop, featuring flexible connection.
Interface insertion depth: 80-100mm; allowable relative rotation angle: 1.5°.
Concrete pipes with this joint have excellent seismic performance.
Compatible with sandstone or concrete pipe foundations; fast installation speed.
Not suitable for large-diameter concrete pipes, as they tend to develop circumferential cracks.
 

 

Flexible Rabbet Joint

Fits concrete pipes ≥1200mm; flexible connection type
Combines socket joint advantages, with better performance and suitability for large-diameter pipes
Avoids socket joint flaws: unstable insertion depth, poor backfill, stress concentration, and circumferential cracks
Tight pipe-foundation contact, even load distribution, safer in use
Eliminates leakage risks of socket pipes (sloped outer walls) during inspection well construction
