What is AAC

AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) is a lightweight, porous concrete wall material produced through chemical aeration and autoclave curing. It is manufactured under factory-controlled conditions with uniform structure and stable performance, and is mainly used for non-load-bearing walls and building envelope systems, widely replacing traditional clay bricks and conventional concrete blocks.

The key properties of AAC are achieved through two core processes:
chemical aeration using aluminum powder creates uniformly distributed closed pores, significantly reducing material weight; autoclave curing under high temperature and pressure then forms a stable crystalline structure, ensuring reliable strength and long-term dimensional stability.

AAC is mainly used for non-load-bearing walls and building envelope systems in residential buildings, industrial plants, commercial facilities and public projects, especially where lightweight structure, energy efficiency and fast construction are required.

     A: Delivery total construction period: 180 days, submit the detailed project schedule within 7 days after the contract comes into effect.
